Growing up, we aspire to be a doctor, teacher, or maybe even an astronaut. Fast forward and we’re unlikely to actually pursue the career we wanted when we were 10 years old. But, what if you achieved the dream you desired as a child? And what if it didn’t amount to everything you thought it would?

For Andrew Facciolo, supporting people with disabilities was a role he naturally gravitated towards after seeing his father’s success in the field. But, the job quickly went from being a dream to an important life lesson.
