Three years ago, Alex Palov moved from Montreal to Toronto in order to pursue his passion of being a hair stylist.
Prior to becoming a hairstylist he was on route to a career in hockey, playing at the junior level before deciding to call it quits. He’s always had a fascination for hair. Without the support of his family he flew to London, England where he took part in a one-week crash course for hairstyling. Shortly after his return to Canada, he packed his bags leaving everything behind in Montreal for a job at Glassbox Barbershop in Toronto.
