0:02 So the ODB starts with an eight inch buttermilk waffle. So we cook a fresh order and each waffle comes off the iron in two and a half minutes. Steaming hot are ODB both sorts of boneless dark meat with skin. So we get it in that seasoning, then we dredge it in our in our dredge. It's fried for nine to 10 minutes. So we seal it up, hit this tab and then we'll hit the timer. Club one seven. Then it comes out comes of the fryer into our warmer so the waffle comes off the iron steaming hot. It gets topped with an ounce of buttered maple, so butter Maple is just a blend of syrup blend with some butter. Again, you're gonna hit it with the maple see how it kind of disappears once it hits it. You smell it, can you smell it? It's topped with the 10 to 12 ounce boneless, dark and then we topped that with one ounce of dirty sauce, which is our in house barbecue sauces sweet and savory sauce. On that it gets tough with a little pinch of chives. And then with that meal guests get a choice of coleslaw, potato salad or macaroni salad. Which is all our chef's recipes.
