A new booth tucked away at Toronto Christmas Market holds a new entrepreneur’s dream. John Tomory is selling his organically produced maple syrup for the first time at the market this year. Tomory quit his career as an engineer and decided to pursue his passion: maple syrup farming.  He grew up producing maple syrup, but only just started his company, Pefferlaw Creek Farms, three years ago. His farm is stationed in Uxbridge, Ontario which is open year-round for maple syrup lovers to enjoy. If you can’t make the trip, Tomory’s booth will be at the Toronto Christmas Market until Dec. 22. Natasha Hermann has the story.
