Thrive RU is a program created to improve mental wellbeing. The program’s focus is to help people live a thriving healthy life. The program teaches people how to bounce back when put in difficult situations. Diana Brecher, created a five factor model of resilience to help others especially in times of crisis. Although the program was created for everyone in the Ryerson community it is particularly helpful for students. Ann Rauhala, Ryerson journalism professor explains how she found Thrive RU.
